Nearby Business

The Nearby Business service is a high-capacity service intended for GSM and GPRS global carriers to provide location based Toll-Free (90X, 80X, etc) services to private companies, public agencies or organizations. Supporting several wireless standards, this value added service can seamlessly grow from hundreds to millions of subscribers.

The Nearby Business allows routing the users' calls towards the nearest restaurant, flower shop, business counter, etc. After a user dials a special business toll-free number the service locates the nearest business shop, counter, etc. If the nearest counter answers, the call is established and after it is released a short message with the counter address and some advertising is sent to the user. If the call is not answered by the counter a vocal message is played to the user indicating why the call is not answered (the line is busy, the counter is closed, etc) and a short message is sent to him with the shop address and the advertising. This service entitles its subscribers (counters, shops, restaurants, etc...) to access their accounts and manage some of their parameters like the short-message advertising text or the counter status (closed, open or any configurable status).
