Inter-Carrier SMS Controller

The Inter-Carrier SMS Controller enables any wireless operators to:

• Monitor and/or control the SMS traffic exchange with all the operators they inter-work with, thus allowing them to be aware-of and stop any incoming SMS traffic they will not be able to charge for.
• Allow GSM and IS-41 interoperability for ubiquitous messaging services among wireless operators.
• Behave as an SMS broker by providing SMS exchange capabilities to smaller carriers, thus answering to their needs for extended international messaging coverage. With a one time agreement smaller carriers are allowed to exchange SMS with as many operators as the broker carrier offers, without the need to negotiate individual SMS exchange agreements or integrate their SS7 networks.

The Inter-Carrier SMS Controller can be enhanced with advanced SMS Firewall capabilities to provide bullet proof protection against spamming, viruses and doubtful or unsolicited messages.
